Due to COVID-19, we have taken extra precautionary safety and sanitation steps to ensure all guests, visitors and associates have a welcoming environment during these difficult times.
Steps We’re Taking
Cleaning & Sanitation:
We have emphasized and implemented additional cleaning standards for all public spaces and guestrooms. Associates are required to sanitize all touchpoints around the clock, and we are excited to add the Nano Sanitizer Sprayer Disinfectant Machine for use throughout our property.
Social Distancing and Symptoms Check:
For the safety of our team and our guests, we ask that you please abide by the social distancing guidelines set out by local and national authorities.
Personal Protection:
We have placed hand sanitation throughout the property for guests admiring our artwork and historic property!
Team Member Education & Training:
Following all protocols set by global, national and local health authorities, all team members have been thoroughly trained and educated on best cleaning, disinfecting and personal hygiene practices.
Food & Drink:
We have limited our breakfast service due to the COVID-19 restrictions. All-day coffee, tea and hot chocolate service are still available in our communal kitchen. Our local staff is more than happy to help assist with reservations and recommendations around the city!
